Day 196: down 23 lbs.
wt: 175.4 lbs.
seven-day average: 177.3 lbs.
I'm in a long plateau right now. My seven-day moving average has been in a three-pound range for about 2 1/2 months. I've been able to run a little more consistently lately, and I hope that will break me out of this and get my weight dropping again.

Yes, I'm still off of Shangri-La. You may be right about a change in exercise regimen, but for the near future, I plan to just do what I'm doing, but more consistently. Currently I'm running most days, with a target of 7 days a week, and once a week I take a class with lunges, squats, push-ups, crunches, medicine ball, etc.
My running peaked in July, when I ran every day but one, for a total of 211 km. Since then, it's dropped every month. So far this month, I've reversed the trend. I probably won't get back up over 200 km, but barring injury I'll easily surpass the last two or three months.
I don't think I've yet achieved a good weight for my body type. I'm not very muscular, and I have a small frame. And a big belly.
My BMI (and I know that doesn't work for everybody) is still in the low overweight category.
I don't have a solid goal weight, but I'd like to be somewhere between 145 and 160.
