seven-day average: 180.5 lbs.
I'm still in a plateau. My seven-day moving average has been in a narrow range all month, hovering around 180 lbs. I'll be on vacation after today, and I probably won't have any more blog posts for a few weeks. I won't even weigh myself most days.
I'm about 6 miles away from hitting 1,000 miles of running for the year.

All the best Weighty for Christmas and New Year. I've really enjoyed following your progress over the last few months.
If you are going to have a chance to read this, what is your daily exercise regime?
I'm interested in order to callibrate it with my own.

You can take a look running log. (There goes my secret identity!)
My intent is to run at least 30 minutes every day, but it usually ends up being about 5 or 6 days a week. Currently I'm averaging about 40 km per week. In addition, most Tuesdays I take a class that involves lots of lunges, medicine ball, push-ups, abdominal work, etc.
