The one thing I noticed about the monkey chow guy is that he hasn't lost all that much weight in a week. Despite what must be a drastically reduced caloric intake he's only lost 4 or 5 pounds, and some of that has to be water. He doesn't look to be overweight so that probably makes it harder to lose pounds. It just goes to show that you can't expect dramatic weight loss in only 7 days. Well, you can if you're a wrestler trying to cut weight but that only lasts until you start drinking water again.
