Day 25: down 8.8

Although I remain unconvinced that this really works, I'm going to continue for at least a while, because:
  • it's easy
  • it's almost certainly not unhealthy
  • maybe it does work.

I'm unconvinced that Dr. Roberts' theory is why it works but I'm also convinced that it does work, at least for me. It does curb my appetite, it's not a miracle fat burner or anything but it has made a huge impact in my dietary choices. I haven't seen a huge loss yet but like you say, it's easy and it can't hurt.
